Ashley Geary - Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I enjoy working with you and coming up with solutions to build self-esteem and self-confidence.   Having a solid base of who your are and what you stand for is really important to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.  If you have the skills needed to be confident in yourself, you don't need to find validation from others to build you up.  I don't believe any person is 'broken' and many clients I have worked with quickly find solutions to rebuild their world from hurt and stress.

My main approach to therapy is to allow you to manage your own treatment.  I feel like I am here as a guide and can help work through stress, borderline personality disorder, women's issues, anxiety, depression, and many other facets of treatment; but I like to let the client remain in charge and seek out their own success rather than me giving it to them.

Together we can create a step by step plan to increase your self-care, set boundaries, reach your goals and improve your self-worth. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can identify how your perceptions and beliefs about yourself and the world around you is impacting your behavior.

I have worked several years in addiction and mental health. I have found that despite the choices people have made, it's all about finding ways to cope with stress, negative situations, and learning to balance life. I can help, let me show you how. Lets find hope together.

Samantha Booy Draney - Equine Specialist

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies with an emphasis in Equine Management from Asbury University near Lexington, Kentucky. I am certified in EAGALA (a world renown equine therapy organization) and EquiLateral: The Equine Assisted EMDR Protocol (EA-EMDR) as the Equine Specialist.

From 2016 to 2020, I served as the Equine Manager at a residential treatment center. I fully enjoyed working alongside clients in their therapeutic process with horses. Not only did I oversee the daily care, health and upkeep of 71 to 103 horses as the Equine Manager, but I also co-lead the equine therapy sessions, instructed Parelli Natural Horsemanship and developed/taught an accredited equine course. In addition, I led an equine safety courses for clients and staff.

In August of 2018, I bought the property now known as TriStar Ranch LLC. Since purchasing the ranch, I have been developing the property to provide a scenic and therapeutic atmosphere to hold outpatient equine therapy. I have a sincere and deep-rooted passion to help people and my goal is to make a difference in as many lives as possible.

I believe that when horses are used in therapy, they have a natural truth and healing that can be applied to many of our emotional and relationship challenges.  My approach is to assist and help navigate individuals and groups to develop healthy and successful personal relationships by learning through horses. The clinical aspect of well- being is only enhanced by the therapeutic horse connection.

We provide individual counseling, marriage and family therapy, and a wide array of group therapy and workshops. We welcome military and refugee families and are able to provide services in Spanish and English, as well as other languages with the assistance of interpreter services. For qualified victims of crime, we can provide additional advocacy and assistance.
